Contact Options and Response Times
User Panel Tickets
Use a ticket for account or order questions, connection issues, subscription access problems, or refund requests. Sign in and describe the issue in the support section. Add any follow-up details to the original ticket.
Check for replies in your user panel. Response times vary depending on the current queue and the complexity of the issue. We don’t offer a fixed response time, and some cases may require follow-up questions.
No support email address is currently published, so email is not a contact option. For general information, browse the site guides. For account, billing, or connection issues, submit a ticket.
Telegram
No Telegram support account is currently published, and requests are not handled through Telegram. Refer to information on this site and in the user panel. Don’t send account or order details to unverified accounts.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Connection and Access Issues
Include your platform, the message shown by your client, the selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether you can’t connect at all or whether a specific site won’t load after connecting. Let us know if the issue persists on a different route.
If possible, attach a screenshot of the error. Keep the error message visible, but hide any personal details that aren’t relevant to troubleshooting.
Orders and Data Usage
Include the order ID shown in your panel, the plan name, and a description of the issue. For questions about payment status, data resets, or upgrades, describe what the panel currently shows. Don’t send a payment screenshot without context.
Account Access
If you can’t sign in, first check that your username and password are correct, then look for available help on the sign-in page. Accounts require only a username and password—no email address. Keep your sign-in details secure.
Never include passwords, full subscription links, access tokens, or payment keys in a ticket. Check and redact these details before sharing logs, too.
Refunds and Billing
VPNWN offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, explain your request in a user panel ticket and include the relevant order ID. For eligibility and processing details, read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons last until used and never expire. If something in your panel looks unclear, include the plan and the message shown so we can check it.
Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For payment checks, share only the records needed for the relevant order.
